He prides himself in assisting clients living a better quality of life. Alltone Fitness offers private one on one or small group personal training sessions. You have the entire studio to yourself at each session. Great for those who dislike big, overcrowded gyms. Can’t make it to your studio? We also offer digital home workout programs to meet your fitness goals.
We are a boutique private personal training studio servicing the areas of Watsonia, Bundoora, Greensborough, Eltham, and surrounding suburbs. We are not a gym! We operate by appointment only which means you will not be sharing the studio with others. All sessions are designed to the individual’s needs and fitness ability making them suitable for all fitness levels. Lose weight, build strength and feel great with exceptional personal training in a clean studio environment. Alltone Fitness is a private personal fitness training studio located in Watsonia North. When training at Alltone Fitness, you have the whole studio to yourself. Owner and operator Mark Frangiosa, thrives on achieving results for his clients. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years, he has gained invaluable first hand experience and knowledge helping people reach their goals. His experience covers a wide array of areas from, weight loss, resistance & strength training, injury rehabilitation, boxing, boot camp, group fitness and core training while offering valuable nutritional guidance. His qualifications include: Cert III/IV in fitness, certified boot camp and group fitness instructor, boxfit instructor, personal trainer, level 2 in first aid, and recently became qualified as a wellness coach. He is also registered as a fitness professional with Physical Activity Australia. Training sessions in our fully equipped studio are specifically designed to meet your own fitness level and goals. Whether it’s losing weight, becoming stronger, toning up or simply wanting to look good and feel great in a fun and active environment. Each training program is individualized so you get results! We understand that for some people going to a big commercial gym can be quite daunting and intimidating, this is why all our sessions are held in a private setting. When booking personal training at Alltone Fitness you wont be sharing our studio with anyone else, this means that you have the entire studio to yourself with no onlookers. This is great for people who feel intimated or self conscious at big gyms. You can also organise a group of friends for some group training. Even if you are short of time we have training sessions to suit your busy lifestyle.
